A lot of my followers write to me about bulimia, and not being able to break the purging habit. Bulimia is NOT the answer. I try to write as much as I can about my love for fitness and health, because I know for a FACT that it’s possible to look and feel fabulous without using the “royal throne” as an escape and “shortcut” to having a dream body. A good philosophy I try to live by, is if I have to hide something from the people I love… then I probably shouldn’t be doing it.
